DJ Loop has been producing music for six years now. A student at USIU, the budding producer cites practice as what enables one to master the art of good music production. "One has to be music-oriented to be able to succeed in this area," he says.
He believes that music should be an in-born thing, and going to school to improve one' s level has to come with personal interest. On challenges, Loop quickly points out that most producers lack good quality equipment that in many cases has hindered the quality of music production. He says, the few talented musicians have always opted to stay undercover saying that some of the producers may not be able to understand their lyrics.
DJ Loop has worked with a number of artistes including K-South, Attitude, Chiwawa, Harry Kimani and Mercy Myra.
